Once you have placed an order for your song, our system will automatically do 3 things:
- Assign your ticket to one of our support team
- Open a support ticket to collect your information and communicate with you.
- Email an email with a link to this ticket.
ADDING YOUR SONG DETAILS
Click on the link in that email to open your private and unique support ticket. You will see this at the top of your support ticket. Click on the box highlighted.
This will open up the ADDITIONAL DATA section of your ticket (where we collect your song information). To add your song information click on the EDIT button as below:
Answer the short questions we have requested here, then sit back and let us complete your song.
If you want to add anything, you can do so at any time.
If our songwriters/artists want to request further information they will contact you via the ticket. Just watch out for the emails.
The ticket is also where you will be able to preview and download your song.
